The EMC MERRGE platform was deployed using just-in-time (JIT) training, allowing staff to stand it up quickly and seamlessly. Over 115 general contacts were logged across the two onsite medic tents, giving organizers real-time visibility into incident trends. A hotwash at the end of the event produced a comprehensive after-action report that included demographic breakdowns and areas for improvement, proving the platform’s ability to deliver both real-time support and post-event insights.
During a series of high-profile matches—including Paris Saint-Germain, Atlético de Madrid, Inter Milan, and more—EMC MERRGE demonstrated its ability to operate at global scale. The platform supported thousands of fans across multiple match days, with Pasadena Fire/EMS, Pasadena Emergency Management, and the Red Cross collaborating in real time. This beta test highlighted the platform’s scalability, interoperability, and value in supporting multi-agency coordination during international sporting events.
